Japan developed a new type of chicken separation device

Former Sichuan Institute and the Ebara General Research Institute have recently jointly developed a new type of chicken and chicken bone separation device. This device uses water pressure as a power source to prevent leakage during the washing process. The device is characterized by injecting high-pressure tap water in the piping part and using a hydraulic driving device. When the chicken breast with bones enters the designated position of the device, 11 processing steps can be completed by one rotation, and chicken and bones are automatically separated. Because it is possible to automatically measure the thickness of the bone, it is possible to avoid wasting chicken meat. In order to achieve the purpose of sterilization, meat processing factories must often use high-pressure water to rinse the machinery. In the past, because this type of device used an electrically and pneumatically-hydraulic hybrid driving method, it was necessary to perform waterproof processing for each control component. In the flushing process, electrical leakage and other accidents were also likely to occur. The new device overcomes these shortcomings.
