I. The current state of the domestic organic fertilizer production process

The advantages and disadvantages of the granulation process and the two processes are as follows:

2 Disc Granulation

The advantage is that the product is pellets, suitable for machine broadcasting, and the yield is relatively high. Disadvantages are that the size of the material is unavoidable, the yield of the target product is low, and the amount of moisture added during the granulation of the disc is large (usually 30-50%). Therefore, the drying is difficult, the drying cost is high, and the loss of drying nitrogen is large.
Although there are many disadvantages in the disc pelletizing process, it is still the current domestic leading process. Therefore, it is imperative to say that organic manufactur- ing technology is innovative.

Second, an overview of organic fertilizer manufacturing process technology

Set out the advantages of extrusion granulation and disk granulation, avoiding the shortcomings of the two to create a new process technology for organic fertilizers that has its own intellectual property rights. The main technical features are:
1 Ball pellets can be manufactured directly in one step, no size, no return, and balling rate is more than 95%, so the production cost is low and it is suitable for machine broadcast.
2 The raw material moisture requirement is low (average 10-20%), drying and post-processing are easy, and the drying cost is low. Since it can be dried or dried at low temperature, it will not affect the bacterial activity of biological bacteria.

Third, the new process is mainly produced by three major components
