Wall-shaped three-dimensional mushroom cultivation can not only make full use of space, save floor space, but also easily compensate late nutrition solution, simplify management, and improve the yield and quality of mushroom.
First, the commonly used formula for cultivation: 1 cottonseed hull 33.5 kg, 10 kg bran, wheat straw 5 kg (cut into 2-3 cm long), 0.5 kg superphosphate, 0.5 kg sugar, 0.5 kg gypsum powder, plus magnesium sulfate 0.1 kg; 2 cottonseed hulls 20 kg, wood chips 15 kg, bran 8.5 kg, rapeseed cake 5 kg, sugar 0.5 kg, superphosphate 0.5 kg, gypsum powder 0.5 kg, plus magnesium sulfate 0.14 kg; 3 cottonseed hull 33.5 Kilograms, 7.5 kg of bagasse, 7.5 kg of bran, 0.5 kg of sugar, 0.5 kg of gypsum powder, 0.5 kg of superphosphate, and 0.1 kg of magnesium sulfate.
Second, loading, sterilization, inoculation: evenly mix material before loading, material water content in the finger tightly with water droplets is appropriate.

The load must be loose and tight. Install good materials and sterilize them in time to avoid prolonged fermentation and acid production. It should be sterilized under normal pressure for 10 hours. When the temperature is naturally cooled to below 30°C, the bag can be inoculated. The amount of inoculum should not be too large, generally 5% is appropriate, the operation requires skilled, rapid, and prevent bacteria infection.
Third, culture, bacteria: After the inoculation, the cultivation bag is transferred to a clean, dry, ventilated, shading indoor culture. When the temperature is around 20°C, the bacteria bags will be discharged one layer; when the temperature is below 18°C, the bacteria bags can stack 4-5 layers. During the training period, attention should always be paid to bags, bags, and ventilation. When the mycelium eats 5 cm, the metabolic activity of the mycelium increases, and the oxygen demand increases. The bag mouth rope can be unlocked to increase the air permeability, but do not open the bag mouth. Prevent contamination with bacteria.

During the fruiting period, the temperature is controlled below 20°C and the best is 8°C-14°C. At the same time, water is poured into the ditch every day to maintain a high air humidity, which generally requires 90%-95%.
V. Harvest: When the fruit body cap diameter 1 cm, stipe length 15-20 cm should be harvested.
After the first tidal mushroom was harvested, the mulch was removed and the surface of the mushroom material was removed. The water was stopped for 2 or 3 days. The ventilation was increased, the humidity was reduced, and it was conducive to the recovery of tidal volume and hyphae. At the same time, the nutrient solution was alternately used in the grooves on the top wall of the fungus wall. The nutrient solutions were: 0.5 mg/L triacontanol plus 10 mg/L gibberellin, 0.1% to 0.2% sucrose water to compensate for the moisture of the later bacterial sticks. Nutrients increase production.
