Flammulina velutipes black tail disease, also known as bacterial brown spot, is a bacterial disease causing brown rot of the mushroom, which has a great impact on production. Bacteria generally only impregnate fruit body surfaces.
At the initial stage of fruit body impregnation, small yellow or brown discolored areas appear on the surface of the cap, and later become dark brown pitting lesions. The lesions on the cap are round or oval or irregular, and the color is deepened and enlarged. Even large patches of irregular shapes cause the light-colored mushrooms to turn yellow, and the dark-colored mushrooms turn into sauces. In moist conditions, the surface of the lesion has a thin layer of broth, which gives off an odor. When the diseased spot is dry, the cap of the lesion cracks, forming an asymmetrical fruit body. In severe cases, the lesions are lumped together, including the entire stipe, and all become brown, unable to stand upright, sticky, and eventually the whole mushroom becomes dark brown or even rot.
The first is to keep the mushroom farm clean and hygienic, and remove the mushrooms and wastes in time; mushroom houses, bed frames, utensils, etc. must be completely disinfected with Venus Disinfectant 50 times solution or 2% bleach solution before use.
The second is to use Bacillus japonica net 1000 times liquid mixture, can not be used highly toxic, high residual antifouling agents and the like.
The third is cultivation of mushroom materials should be thoroughly sterilized.
Fourth, during the fruiting period, the temperature of the mushroom room will be controlled below 15°C. If the temperature suddenly rises, measures should be taken to reduce the temperature, such as opening the window, uncovering the film, shading, etc., but be careful that the temperature fluctuation cannot be too large to prevent it. The water vapor condenses and produces a water film.
The fifth is to find that the mushrooms should be promptly removed, and immediately increase the amount of ventilation, pause or reduce the water spray, quickly reduce the temperature, and use drugs to control the degree of disease. If 5% lime water solution can be sprayed on the material surface, it can also spray 100-200 international units of agricultural streptomycin solution or 300 international units of oxytetracycline solution, spraying once every 2 days. Before and after spraying, the mushroom bed was stopped for 1 day, and the medicine was administered again at intervals of 3 to 4 days. The continuous medication was used more than 3 times to effectively control the spread of the disease. When the disease is severe, you should first remove the mushrooms, clean the material surface or cover the soil before spraying according to the above method.
