1. Periodically add reducer, chain lubricant, head bearing grease;
2. Observe the tightness of the hoist belt regularly. If it is found that the belt is slack and slippery, adjust the tail screw tensioning and lifting belt.
3. Check the hopper inlet, the flange connection of the hoisting machine, and the end of the shaft at the end of the machine for leaks. If there is leakage, sealant or seal packing should be replaced.
4. Periodically inspect the damaged buckets on the replacement lifting belt and tighten the bucket screws.
