Common agricultural machinery disassembly techniques and tips

When the agricultural machinery is repaired, it is often disassembled and installed. The types and brands of the agricultural machinery are many and the structures are different. If the hard equipment is disassembled, the agricultural machinery will be easily damaged. Therefore, when disassembling and installing, it should be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations.
First, disassemble
1. The operating procedures should be considered in advance according to the different construction of the agricultural machine so as to avoid successive inversions.
2. When disassembling, it should be done from outside to inside and from top to bottom.
3. Special tools should be used during operation. It is forbidden to hit the part directly with a hammer.
4. To find out the direction of loosening of the parts, carefully handle the precision parts. For example, the long axis parts of the screw should be lifted with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending deformation and damage.
5. The removed parts should be placed on wooden racks, wooden boxes or parts trays in order, and must not be placed on the ground to prevent damage or corrosion.
6. The removed parts should be put together as far as possible according to the original structure, such as shafts, gears, screws, gaskets, positioning pins and so on.
7. For complete sets of machining or parts that cannot be exchanged, mark them before disassembly and string them together to avoid mixing, such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, and tubing connections. The valve parts should be plugged into the original valve body.
8. Parts that can still be used without repairs should not be disassembled and thrown loose, such as splines and gears, shafts, and bearings.
9. In order to facilitate the inspection of the parts, the removed parts should be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rust.
Second, install
1. From the inside to the outside, and from the top to the bottom, the company does not affect the next process.
2. The operation should be serious, and important complex components should be checked repeatedly to avoid mis-installation and missing-loading.
3. Do not allow dirt into the parts.
4. During the installation process, inspections shall be made strictly in accordance with the technical requirements.
5. The assembled machine must be adjusted and commissioned.
