One, bean cake. Untreated soybean cakes and tempeh contain harmful ingredients such as trypsin, urease, hemagglutinin, saponin, and goitrogenic factors. Add 20% water and boil it for 1~2 hours. 2 The rapeseed cake was chopped into small pieces, placed in 0.5% sodium sulfate aqueous solution, boiled for about 2 hours, and then turned over. After the flame was turned off, add fresh water to cool, filter the treated liquid, and rinse with water several times before use.
