When the motor is running, the current should not exceed the rated current on the nameplate. The temperature rise of the motor core or casing shall not exceed the temperature rise specified by the motor insulation class. The motor should be checked for the collector ring and the dust on the motor surface should be removed every week.

1. YZ, YZR series motor use and maintenance features

1), YZ series motors can be started directly. When the YZR series motor is started, the rotor must be connected with an additional resistor or reactance to limit the starting current. The average value of the limited starting current should not exceed 2 times the rated current of the corresponding working mode.

2) When the YZR series motor is cleaned and inspected, open the observation window cover and the dust exhaust cover, and clean the collector ring room. If there is dust or oil on the surface of the collector ring, dust and oil can be wiped off with a rag soaked in gasoline, and the car is allowed to drive until the gasoline is volatilized. For YZR motors, the size of the brush spark should be observed frequently during operation to check the wear of the brush and collector ring surface. When a spark occurs in the running brush, the principle should be ascertained and processed.


3) When the surface of the collector ring is worn or blackened by sparks, the light can be carefully polished with a fine abrasive cloth and the abrasive is cleaned; if serious (such as a groove), the fine ring is required. The surface has a roughness of 1.6 and a radial runout of less than 0.04 mm. The distance from the bottom of the brush holder to the surface of the collector ring should be kept at about 3 mm. When the brush is worn until it can not maintain the normal position and pressure, or when the brush wears to 1/3 of the original height, the brush should be replaced according to the requirements of the manual. The replacement brush and the collector ring contact surface must be processed into The corresponding arc ensures that the brush has good contact with the collector ring (the contact surface is not less than 75% of the total area). During processing, the surface of the collector ring is fixed with a fine abrasive cloth, and the brush simulation condition is ground on the abrasive cloth to a desired arc.

2. Electromagnetic brake use and maintenance features

The YZE and YZRE series electromagnetic brake motors use a power-off (power-off) brake. The brake should be inspected before use. Pull the release bolt to see if it is flexible, and whether it can release the brake. When the confirmation is correct, turn on the power again for no-load operation. If the brake is still not disengaged after the motor is connected to the power supply, the motor will still be in the braking state. The power must be cut off immediately to avoid burning the motor, check the electromagnetic brake rectifying excitation circuit, and then put it into trial operation after troubleshooting. After the motor is running at no load for a period of time, it should be stopped for inspection once to observe whether the mechanical coupling parts are loose or not; whether the bearing has overheating and oil leakage; whether the brake can be completely disengaged. If there is any abnormality or noise in the no-load operation, stop the inspection immediately, make necessary adjustments and repairs, and then carry out the load operation.
