· Hydraulic oil press common faults and troubleshooting
1. When the oil pump does not absorb oil, if the oil stains the oil filter screen, the oil filter screen should be removed and washed. When the oil is used for too long, the valve is not tightly closed due to the sediment attached to the oil inlet valve. Replace the new oil or discharge the old oil to clean the oil inlet valve. If there is not enough oil in the tank, add enough oil to the tank. If there is air in the pump, pull out the small piston and inject the oil before pressing.
2. When the pressure of the oil pump is insufficient, if the valve has dirt or poor sealing, it can be removed and washed, and then it can be closely contacted. If the plug of the oil inlet valve of the oil press is in poor contact with the valve seat, it may be removed and washed and then ground to make it tightly closed. If the oil press is in poor contact with the valve seat due to poor contact with the valve seat or if it is not tightened, the screw plug and valve seat of the oil press can be ground to close or tighten the screw plug. The gap between the small piston and the pump body is too large and the new pump should be replaced.
3. When oil cylinders and pistons leak and repair, if it is caused by upward decoration of the bowl, the cups should be replaced in the correct way.
4. When the safety valve fails to repair, if there is dirt in the oil and the ball valve is not sealed, the safety valve should be cleaned to remove dirt and close the ball valve. If the spring loses its elasticity and cannot withstand high pressure, replace the new spring. If the adjustment screw is loose, it will cause the valve to skip if the pressure is not specified. The screw should be readjusted. The pressure is only reached when the pressure reaches the specified pressure. If the overpressure operation often causes the ball to scratch the valve, the valve should be ground again.
