2. Carrier method: use wheat bran, rice bran or defatted soy flour as carrier, add fresh livestock and poultry blood in a ratio of 1:1, fully stir and spread on the cement floor to dry, and frequently turn it until it is dried and then crush it. You can get vector blood meal. The carrier blood meal can be fed in a proportion of 1% to 2%.
3. Fermentation method: Choose a beneficial microorganism that is non-toxic and harmless, can improve and maintain the nutritional value of blood and increase the palatability of blood meal, inoculate the fresh blood of livestock and poultry, promote its rapid growth and reproduction, increase the temperature, and thus kill Or inhibit the growth and development of harmful microorganisms.
The main process is: the blood of the collected livestock and poultry is mixed with the porous carrier at a ratio of 1:1, and then 2% to 3% of the koji seeds are added, and the fermentation is performed at a temperature of 38 to 39° C., the time cannot be too long, the fermentation temperature Can not exceed 40 °C. Then it is dried, and when the moisture content drops below 13%, it can be crushed and packaged. In this process, the added song must be pure, can not contain any bacteria, the porous carrier is best to use wheat bran, which can increase the crude protein content of blood meal, crude fiber content, palatability is also good. This method does not require high-temperature treatment, the degree of destruction of nutrients is small, the quality of the produced blood powder is high, there is no smell, livestock and poultry prefer to eat.
The collection and processing of livestock and poultry blood with infectious diseases, parasitic diseases, poisoning, or unclear causes of death are prohibited.
