Tanggu seed breeding

Tanggu commonly known as Poa, because of high meat content, delicious meat, rich nutrition, the market in short supply, and seed supply has become a major factor influencing Tanggu aquaculture.
1. Broodstock broodstock selection can be purchased from the market or from the natural capture of the broodstock to pick a healthy, disease-free, injury-free 2 to 3 winter-aged individuals, requiring 100 grams of females, 150 grams of males.
2. Breeding broodstock ponds for breeding require a flat bottom, with an area of 1 to 3 mu (1 mu = 667 square meters, the same below) and a water depth of 1.2 to 1.5 meters. Excessive silt was excavated, treated with quicklime, and filtered water was injected. Fermented manure 500 kg per acre. The broodstock collected were bathed with 3% saline for 10-15 minutes, and stocked with 1000-1500 fish per acre of water. When the water temperature exceeds 14°C, feeding is started and the fish, shrimp and minced pork are mainly fed. Start flushing every 2 to 3 days from April to promote gonadal development.
3. When the temperature of the incubating hatching water is stable above 20°C, set a “triple tile” as artificial fish nest for 2 to 3 females. After 12 hours, the female and male fish are paired to lay eggs and fertilized. Check the tiles. You can see male fish ovum. Water temperature 18 ~ 25 °C, about 15 to 25 days to hatch all the hatching fish. After the fish hatched, the fish nests can be cleared and the broodstock can be removed by pulling nets, copying and catching cages.
4. Put appropriate amount of water grass in the seedling cultivation pond to provide a habitat for larvae. Diets for larvae can be used to compost small zooplankton, such as chicken manure, and supplement egg yolks; as the fry grows, soymilk and surimi can be added. During the cultivation process, fresh water and adequate dissolved oxygen should be maintained, and quicklime and bleaching powder should be regularly spilled. After 1 month of feeding, when the fry grows to 2 to 3 cm, they are fed with small mixed fish clams, crushed snails, quail meat, and bean cake paste, and the daily feeding amount accounts for 1% to 3% of the body weight of the fish. .
6. Fish fingerlings Fish ponds have mud and grass habits. It is difficult to catch fish. The following methods can be used: 1 Use cutting nets to trap under water grasses; 2 Lower the water level and use a cage for catching land; 3 Use fish nets Pull to catch; 4 dry pond catch.
