Although the implementation of the latter is very difficult to grasp, and costly, the national pharmacopoeia does not require, but we are all experts in traditional Chinese medicine and technicians to carefully preserve each of the ancient medicinal herbs, each procedure is a lot; at the same time insist on scientific and technological innovation, The company will take the lead in applying vacuum continuous drying technology, supercritical extraction technology, microwave sterilization technology and other modern pharmaceutical new processes to production to continuously provide product quality.

To develop Chinese medicine and to go abroad, I think we need to make three efforts:

First, the state must have higher requirements on the quality of products in the system, improve quality inspection techniques, and ensure that products that pass the tests have a definite curative effect and are real materials.

The second is that production enterprises should do enough work in the transmission of Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on inheritance, stressing the choice of materials and ancient methods. For example, the ancient method requires the rehmannia root to be steamed with nine suns. If it fails to reach the nine-steamed surface, the efficacy will be worse, resulting in the poor quality of the proprietary Chinese medicines produced from this raw material. The Chinese herbal medicines emphasize the authenticity. The so-called authentic herbs are herbs that grow in a specific geographical environment. Taking the Xiaoyan Lifan Tablet of Luofu Mountain as an example, Sanwei's main medicine collected nearly 40 samples of medicinal herbs from 10 medicinal material production bases in Guangdong and Guangxi respectively, and carried out comprehensive research on its medicinal parts, origin, and harvesting season. Comparative research has accumulated and mastered a wealth of research data on medicinal quality. On this basis, the company also chose to establish a large-scale GAP planting base for Andrographis paniculata and Medicago sativa in the best main producing areas, ensuring the authenticity and quality of the raw materials for Xiaoyan Lidan tablets.

Third, companies must adhere to continuous innovation. New technologies and new methods can provide a steady stream of momentum for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. This requires companies to invest in innovation, and is good at constantly summing up and improving. In the same way as Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets, the product was originally oven-dried. Later, the company invested heavily in vacuum continuous drying technology. The vacuum continuous drying equipment and technology have the advantages of low temperature drying, less destruction of active ingredients, looseness, easy dissolution, absorption, drying, and sterilization, so as to ensure high active ingredient, high sterility index, and good oral absorption. Products produced using the vacuum continuous drying method are much higher in quality than products produced using oven drying or spray drying methods.
