Uncooked or unsuitable

Raw soy milk contains harmful substances such as saponin and trypsin inhibitors. After drinking, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may occur.

Not suitable for empty stomach

Fasting soymilk, most of the protein in soymilk is converted into heat in the body and consumed, which does not fully function as a tonic. Drink some cakes, snacks and other starchy foods at the same time.

Not flush into egg white

The mucinous protein in the egg (eggs) is easily combined with trypsin in the soy milk to produce substances that are not absorbed by the body and cause the milk to lose its nutritional value.

Should not add brown sugar

Organic acids in brown sugar can bind to proteins in soymilk and produce degenerate sediments that not only make milk lose its nutritional value, but also do no good to the body. Although sugar does not precipitate, it must be boiled and then added.

Not excessive drinking

Adults can drink 1 to 2 times a day, each time 250 to 350 milliliters, children 200 to 250 milliliters is enough, should not drink too much, so as to avoid eating too much protein indigestion, abdominal distention, diarrhea and other discomfort.

Not drinking with drugs

Some drugs will destroy the nutrients in soymilk, and the calcium and iron contained in soymilk can make some drugs reduce efficacy or even failure, especially when drinking with antibiotics.
