Bio-enzyme activation technology brings about a new revolution in phosphate fertilizer production

How to develop low-grade phosphate rock that is difficult to use through technological innovation? How to expand China's available phosphorus resources? How to increase fertilizer utilization through production technology upgrades? From January 22 to 23, the “Bio-enzyme activator and bio-enzyme-activated phosphate fertilizer technology promotion meeting” held in Beijing answered these questions from a technical perspective. Nearly 100 representatives from domestic phosphate fertilizer companies came together with experts from agricultural research institutes to discuss the commanding heights of China's phosphate fertilizer technology innovation.

Cui Xuejun, vice president of China Chemical News, said in his speech that developing low-carbon technologies and increasing the utilization rate of fertilizers in China requires the efforts of scientific research institutes, production, operations, and users, as well as the support of management and promotion departments. We and the two co-organized this meeting and hoped to build a platform for the promotion and exchange of technology in the fertilizer industry.

Li Shizhong, former vice minister of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, attended the meeting and pointed out that practicing the scientific concept of development, continuing to do a good job of energy-saving and emission reduction, requires us to carry out R&D and promotion of new technologies for fertilizer production. He hopes that the fertilizer industry will focus on technological innovation and promotion and promotion of new technologies. application.

Wu Xiyan, chairman of the China Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Association, said that in the past 10 years, China's phosphate fertilizer production has grown rapidly, the pace of innovation has also accelerated, and the mining and rubber phosphate concentrate enrichment technologies have been at the leading international level. Today's meeting promoted the feasibility of new activated phosphate fertilizer production technology and complied with the requirements of the era of low-carbon economy. Li Haiting, chairman of the China Chemical Mining Association, believes that the mining-processing-product performance-use of phosphate rock is closely related to the carbon consumption of fertilizers. The key to carbon reduction is to increase mining and mineral processing technologies, increase the utilization of fertilizers, and reduce energy consumption.

It is reported that the activated phosphate fertilizer technology developed by Beijing Zhongnong Ruiliyuan High-tech Development Co., Ltd. and the New Fertilizer Resource Research Center of South China Agricultural University can produce activated phosphate fertilizer under normal temperature and pressure conditions, which is consistent with the current common strong acid and high-temperature calcination. The reaction conditions are very different, and they have low-carbon environmental effects in both production and use. Activation technology can use low-grade phosphate rock, which is difficult to use in existing technologies, as a raw material, and can also greatly increase the utilization of various existing phosphate fertilizers (such as ammonium phosphate, superphosphate, and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizers). In the case of deduction, it is generally possible to save 20% of fertilizer and up to 30%. Compared with traditional phosphate fertilizers such as superphosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate, and other traditional phosphate fertilizers, activated phosphate fertilizer has high fertilizer efficiency and the cost is greatly reduced, with a drop of 80-280 yuan/ton.

In this meeting organized by the China Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Association, the China Chemical Mining Association, China Chemical News Agency "Agricultural Resources Daily", Beijing Zhongnong Ruiliyuan Hi-tech Development Co., Ltd., and South China Agricultural University, Huanhuan University New Fertilizer Resources Research Center. , Three Experts of South China Agricultural University New Fertilizer Resources Research Center Liao Zongwen, Professor Xu Xiucheng of National Calcium Magnesium Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Technology Research and Promotion Center, experts of Soil and Fertilizer Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Zhao Bingqiang, Lin Zhi'an, Zhongnong Ruiliyuan Company's agrochemical expert Sun Liwen, etc. People made a special report at the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives from more than 30 companies, including Yuntianhua International Chemicals Co., Ltd., Kaishi Group, and Win-win Group, participated in the discussion and exchange. Beijing Zhongnong Ruiliyuan Company and Zhongnong Runtian Chemicals, Win-Win Group, and Hubei Zhongxiang Xiongwei Phosphate Fertilizer Plant signed strategic agreements for the production of dual enzyme urea, diammonium phosphate, and enzyme-activated phosphate fertilizer. At the same time, Beijing Zhongnong Ruiliyuan Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd., Dezhou Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, South China Agricultural University New Fertilizer Resource Research Center, and the national calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer research and promotion center jointly established the first domestic fertilizer Carbon Technology Research and Development Center.
