3 , the instrument installation steps:

5 ,   The stirring rod is fixed on the ring chuck of the motor main shaft, and the stirring rod passes through the middle rotating bearing of the cover and is tightened.   Dedicated connector, then adjust the position of the motor, paying attention to vertical concentricity.

6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp that adjusts the direction and height in different directions.

7. On the left side of the bottle cap, the 40# standard port plug-in type reflux condenser, and the right side 40# port is the feeding port connected to the constant pressure.    The funnel, the front 24# port is inserted into the thermometer casing mouth, the rear of the hat is the 34# standard port is a multi-function spare port, the bottom is provided with a discharge valve, and the bottom of the kettle body is the circulating fluid inlet and outlet respectively. The lower port is connected to the circulating fluid inlet, and the upper port is connected to the circulating fluid return port.

8. When installing the glass instrument, it must be cleaned, and the interface should be coated with Vaseline to prevent the glass from locking up, and then apply vacuum grease to prevent air leakage.

9. Press the universal wheel wheel fixing device to stir. If the stirring is stable, the debugging is good.

4 . Operating procedures:

1. Check that the power supply voltage is consistent with the specifications provided on the machine nameplate.    

2. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch on the inverter, and use the speed control knob to select the appropriate speed.

3. The flow of material and the power of the motor speed may resonate at a certain point. Please change the speed of the motor to avoid resonance.

4. After the stir bar is installed, it must be rotated by hand. Pay attention to whether the concentricity is good. If the heart is not good, the heavy clamp should be loosened. After the clamp is turned on, turn on the power and adjust gradually from slow to fast.

5 , using the stir bar regulator, you can make the stirring leaves up and down 5cm as needed .

6. If the seal performance of the kettle is found to be degraded, check the rotary bearing inside the agitator sleeve.

7. The glass equipment of this reaction device is made of GG.17 low expansion coefficient high temperature resistant borosilicate glass. Users should use glass materials such as reaction bottles. Please confirm the glass material to ensure safe use.

8. The external layer of the interlayer on the glass kettle can be heated by the hot oil. The coolant can be used for low temperature reaction. If it is heated by steam, it should not exceed 0.5K-1K . ( Try not to use pressure steam to heat ) .

9 ,   When the test is carried out at low temperature, the discharge valve at the bottom will be frosted. When using the valve, it must be partially thawed to prevent the glass from being broken.

10. If there are particulate objects in the solution during use, there may be residual material on the PTFE piston of the valve. When used again, the airtightness will be affected. Be sure to clean it after each discharge and use it again. .

5 , maintenance:

1. Check the instrument carefully before use. Whether the glass bottle is damaged or not, and whether the interfaces are consistent, pay attention to light handling.

2 ,    Note that this equipment is a fragile product, please be careful when using it, and the fragile product will not be damaged.    Within the scope of our warranty, if the customer needs, we will charge the corresponding cost.

3 , the PTFE switch everywhere can not be tightened too much, easy to damage the glass. 4. Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When the machine stops, stop the machine and turn off the switch.

5 , each interface can not be tightened too tightly, it should be loosely activated regularly to avoid long-term tight lock and cause the connector to bite.

6. After each use, you must use a soft cloth to clean all kinds of oil traces left on the surface of the machine, stains, solvent remaining, and keep clean.

7. Clean the seal ring regularly by removing the seal ring and checking for dirt on the shaft. Wipe it off with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease and reinstall it to keep the shaft and seal ring smooth.

8. After the machine is stopped, loosen the PTFE switches. The long-term stationary state will deform the PTFE piston.

9. The electrical part must not enter the water, and it is strictly forbidden to get wet.

10 , Original authentic accessories must be purchased, and the use of other accessories can cause fatal damage to the machine.

11 ,    When making any repairs or inspections on the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply and water source.

12 ,     The instrument is returned to the manufacturing facility for maintenance once every three years ( recommended ) .     

13 , Wipe each interface with a soft cloth ( can be replaced with a napkin ) and apply a small amount of vacuum grease. (The vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent the entry of sand. )

     

6 , common problem solving methods:
